Established in 1993, by Tom Dooley, TriTech employs certified and experienced individuals at all levels of customer interaction so that our clients, our partners, our friends, will receive only the highest levels of commitments and dedication. Our people separate TriTech because our people are the backbone of our industry. We at TriTech support each other and our partner companies so that we may best align our partner’s business strategies with their individual and specific corporate vision.

We place the utmost importance on providing the highest quality of responsive and reliable service to our partners. With our one–hour response time, we are efficient in the way in which we serve our partners and this, in turn, helps them to become more efficient in the ways they are able to serve their clients. At TriTech, we strive to bridge the gaps between business vision and technology so the latter optimally serves the former. At TriTech, this is our purpose, our philosophy, and our mission.

Computer Network Services

TriTech’s Computer Network Services division encompasses several areas of specialization including voice and data networking, security, remote access, VPN, and LAN and WAN design. This Division is based around our customer focused approach where we attempt to design each network specifically to meet the goals and ease the pains of each specific organization. Partnering ourselves strategically with Microsoft, Symantec, Veritas, IBM, HP, CA, Trend Micro, Exabyte, and numerous others, we are equipped to service virtually any network and migrate vast amounts of data from one network to another. We also partner with our client companies. We seek to build networks by building relationships and we seek to strengthen partnerships by offering simply what is asked of us and then a little extra.

Voice and Data Cabling

Much the same as Computer Networking, our Cabling Division seeks to approach each client with purpose and with a unique regard. All TriTech cabling is installed with a 15–year limited warranty and our installers certify and test each cable. This means, simply, that client companies can rest assured that each cable will work properly once we have finished the project. Our installers follow all EIA/TIA codes and standards and use only the finest cable and cabling products from Lucent, Commscope, Panduit, and Avaya.

VoIP and Phone Systems

The Telephony Division at TriTech is headed by General Manager Tom Dooley. His years of experience in the field and breadth of knowledge is an asset not only to our company, but to any organization that decides to use this experience to its advantage. Not only does Tom’s experience act as an asset to our company and to partner companies, his general good humor and personality have made TriTech the trusted company that it is today.

PC Repair and Printer Repair Services

Finally, our Hardware Services division has been supporting clients for over 14 years. Led by Darrin Waters whose experience and dedication is remarkable, this division has made TriTech many loyal relationships over the years. Since we are partnered with industry leaders such as IBM, HP, Xerox, Okidata, Tektronix, Zebra, and many others, we are able to repair and refurbish old equipment, or new equipment that is still under warranty.
